マスク着用に関するご案内

患者・付き添いの皆様へ

当院ではこれまで、感染対策の一環として病院内でのマスク着用をお願いしてまいりましたが、感染症流行状況等を踏まえ、下記のとおり運用を変更いたします。

１．マスク着用の基本方針

2026年6月1日より、外来患者さん及びそのご家族・付き添いの方のマスク着用は原則として任意といたします。
※当院の職員についても同様の対応となります。

２．マスク着用をお願いする場所

ただし、感染に対して特に配慮が必要な患者さんを守るため、以下の場所では引き続きマスク着用をお願いいたします。

• 入院棟A　2～14階（エレベーター内含む）
• 入院棟B　2～12階（エレベーター内含む）
• 外来化学療法室
• 透析室（血液浄化療法部）
• リハビリテーション室
• 救急外来
• 周術期管理センター
• その他、病院職員が必要と判断し指示する場所

※当院の職員についても同様の対応となります。なお、上記以外の場所でも入院患者さんに付き添っている場合はマスクを着用いたします。

３．マスク着用をお願いする場面

次の場面では、場所にかかわらずマスク着用をお願いいたします。

• 入院中の患者さん（病室やカーテン内にお一人でいる場面を除く）
• 入院患者さんとの面会時
• その他、病院職員から指示があった時

４．体調不良時の対応

発熱や咳などの症状がある場合には、周囲への感染防止の観点から、マスクの着用をお願いいたします。

当院では、今後も必要な感染対策を継続し、安全で安心な医療提供体制の確保に努めてまいります。

面会制限の緩和と面会条件について

面会を希望される皆様へ

新型コロナウイルス感染症の流行状況を考慮し、2025年7月1日から面会時間の制限を緩和いたします。長時間の滞在や大人数での面会は、万が一の感染リスクを高めるだけでなく、患者さんによっては疲労にもつながり、診療に影響を及ぼす場合があります。また、同室の患者さんへの影響もありますので、院内でのマスク着用とあわせて、引き続きご配慮いただきますようお願い申し上げます。

【面会時間】

• 14:00～20:00（土日祝日含む）

【面会場所】

• 病室内

【面会時の感染対策】

• 不織布マスク着用と入退室時の手指消毒にご協力ください。
• 12歳以下のお子様の面会はご遠慮ください。
• 大部屋で面会する場合はカーテンを閉めてください。
• 病棟内での飲食はご遠慮ください。
• 大部屋の患者さんとの面会では病棟ラウンジもご利用いただけますが、病棟ラウンジでも飲食禁止となっておりますのでご協力ください。
• 生花の持ち込みはご遠慮ください。

なお、ICU、小児医療センター、精神神経科、産科立ち合いなどにおける面会は各病棟ルールに沿って行ってください。

Notice Regarding Wearing a Mask

（Updated on July 1, 2025）

Dear Patients and Visitors,

Until now, we have asked all individuals to wear masks within the hospital as part of our infection control measures. However, in light of current infectious disease trends, we will be updating our policy as outlined below.

1. Basic policy on wearing a mask

Starting June 1, 2026, wearing a mask will generally be optional for outpatients and their family members or accompanying persons.
*This policy also applies to hospital staff.

2. Areas where mask wearing is requested

To protect patients who require special consideration regarding infection risk, we kindly ask that masks continue to be worn in the following areas:

• Inpatient Building A, floors 2–14 (including elevators)
• Inpatient Building B, floors 2–12 (including elevators)
• Outpatient Chemotherapy Room
• Dialysis Room (Department of Hemodialysis and Apheresis)
• Rehabilitation Room
• Emergency Room
• Perioperative Assessment and Care Center
• Any other areas where hospital staff deem it necessary

*This policy also applies to hospital staff. In addition, staff will wear masks when accompanying inpatients, even in areas not listed above.

3. Situations where mask wearing is requested

In the following situations, we kindly ask that masks be worn regardless of location:

• Inpatients (except when alone in their room or within their curtained area)
• When visiting an inpatient
• Any other situations where instructed by hospital staff

4. When you are feeling unwell

If you have symptoms such as a fever or cough, we kindly ask that you wear a mask to help prevent the spread of infection to those around you.

We will continue to implement the necessary infection control measures and remain committed to providing safe and reliable medical care.

Visitation rules following easing of visitation restrictions

（Updated on July 1, 2025）

To those who are planning to visit hospitalized patients

In consideration of the current status of COVID-19, we will ease our restrictions on the visitation time starting July 1, 2025. However, please note that long visits or visitation by a large number of people not only increase the risk of infection but may also lead to fatigue for some patients, potentially affecting treatment. In addition, as patients sharing the same room will also be affected, we kindly ask for your continued cooperation in wearing masks inside the hospital.

Visiting hours

• 2 pm - 8 pm (including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays)

Location

• In patients' hospital rooms

Infection control measures during visits

• Please wear non-woven masks and disinfect your hands upon entering and leaving hospital rooms.
• Children under 12 years old are not allowed.
• Please close the curtains around the bed if the room is shared.
• Please refrain from eating and drinking inside hospital wards.
• The ward lounge is also available for use during visiting hours for patients in shared rooms. However, please note that eating and drinking is prohibited even in the ward lounge.
• Please refrain from bringing fresh flowers.

Self health check before visit

• Please refer to the health checklist below and refrain from making visits if any of the items applies to you.

For visits to the ICU, pediatric and neonatal ICU, neuropsychiatry ward and births in the maternity ward, please follow the rules .

关于佩戴口罩的通知

各位患者和陪护：

为了预防传染，本院一直要求大家在医院内佩戴口罩。根据近期传染病流行情况等，现作如下变更：

１．佩戴口罩的基本方针

自2026年6月1日起，原则上门诊患者及其家人和陪护自主决定是否佩戴口罩。
※本院工作人员也同样适用。

２．要求佩戴口罩的场所

为了保护特别需要预防传染的患者，请大家在
以下场所务必佩戴口罩：

• 住院楼A　2～14层（包括电梯内）
• 住院楼B　2～12层（包括电梯内）
• 门诊化疗室
• 透析室（血液净化治疗部）
• 康复室
• 急救门诊
• 围手术期管理中心
• 本院工作人员认为有必要并要求佩戴口罩的其余场所

※本院工作人员也同样适用。在上述以外的场所陪护住院患者及其家人时，也需要佩戴口罩。

３．要求佩戴口罩的场合

在下列场合下，无论在何处都要佩戴口罩：

• 正在住院的患者（独自一人在病房里或隔帘内时除外）
• 探视住院患者时
• 本院工作人员要求佩戴口罩时

４．身体不适时的应对措施

如出现发热或咳嗽等症状时，为了防止传染给周围人，请佩戴口罩。

本院今后仍将继续采取预防感染措施，努力保障安全安心的医疗服务体制。

关于禁止探视规定的放宽与探视条件

各位探视人员

鉴于新冠疫情的传播情况，自2025年7月1日起，我院放宽了探视时间限制。但需注意的是：长时间逗留或多人同时探视，不仅会增加意外感染风险，还可能使部分患者产生疲劳，进而对治疗造成不良影响。同时，也会影响同一病房的其他患者。因此，恳请大家继续遵守相关规定，在医院内做好口罩佩戴等措施。

【探视时间】

• 14:00～20:00（包括星期六、星期日、节假日在内）

【探视场所】

• 病房内

【探视时的疫情防控措施】

• 请配合佩戴无纺布口罩，并在进出病房时进行手部消毒。
• 禁止12岁以下儿童的探视。
• 在大房间内探视时，请拉上帘子。
• 病区内请勿饮食。
• 探视在大房间住院的患者时，也可以使用病区休息室，但是在病区休息室也禁止饮食，请大家给予配合。
• 请勿携带鲜花。

【探视前的健康检查】

请确认以下健康检查项目，如符合检查项目中的任意一项，则请勿来探视。

另外，ICU、小儿医疗中心、精神神经科、陪产等的探视请按照各病区的规定。
